Radicchio and Parsley Salad with Anchovy Dressing

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil, mix in the garlic, capers and anchovies, then season to taste.
  2. Toss the radicchio and parsley in the dressing.
  3. Plate and serve chilled.
